Payment in sterling is made through our secured online payment system by credit or debit card, or through Paypal.

We can accept payment in Euros as well as sterling. If you pay in Euros you will be asked to pay through Paypal, which you can use to make secure credit card payments even if you do not have a Paypal account.

Standard delivery charges are £3.95 for orders up to £30. For orders over £30 there is no delivery charge. If you wish to have your order gift-wrapped there is an additional fixed charge of £2.00 per order.

For UK addresses that are not on the mainland such as the Isles of Scilly, the Channel Isles, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, also the Republic of Ireland, there may be a surcharge for heavy or fragile items.  Please email us: sales at tumiwholesale.com.

We can also deliver to mainland Europe.

Tumi will make every effort to send out your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends) but we are not responsible for delays or non delivery due to circumstances beyond our control

Please contact us via email or phone for deliveries elsewhere.

Our products are all hand made so the finish and design of what you order may vary slightly from the images on the website.

Any faulty or damaged goods should be reported within 7 working days either in writing or by email. We will then offer a refund or replacement.

If you change your mind about a product please email or write to us within 10 working days. The item must be unused and as “new” when returned to us for refund or replacement.
